Vegetarian TikTok-Inspired Chopped Italian Sandwich Recipe

Ingredient

– 6 slices provolone cheese – ¼ cup sliced black olive – ¼ cup sliced banana pepper – 1 mini cucumber, sliced – ¼ red onion, sliced – 4 canned artichoke heart – ¼ cup shredded lettuce – ¼ cup roasted red bell pepper – 1 tablespoon mayonnaise – 2 hoagie rolls, sliced open – 2 teaspoons olive oil – 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar – 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Direction

On a large chopping board, place cheese, olives, banana peppers, cucumber, onion, artichoke hearts, shredded lettuce, and roasted bell peppers.

 All these components should be coarsely diced using a big knife.

Spread ½ spoonful of mayonnaise on one side of each hoagie.Next, stuff sandwiches with chopped veggies.
