Sharp Cheddar Apple Quick Bread Recipe

Cheddar and apples are an odd couple that gets along. Apples and cheddar strike a perfect balance to satisfy every craving. Jess Loves Baking recipe developer Jessica Morone enjoys adding apples to various dishes in the fall.

1 ⅔ cup all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons baking powder ½ teaspoon salt 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted ¼ cup granulated sugar 2 tablespoons brown sugar ½ cup mayonnaise 1 ½ cup shredded apples 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Heat the oven to 350 F. Prepare a loaf pan with cooking spray. Set aside. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
