Salted Caramel Almond Turtles Recipe


Making Salted Caramel Almond Turtles is simple and delicious. Sprinkle sea salt on top for a tasty treat everyone will love!


SERVINGS: 25 TURTLES – 1 cup Blue Diamond Salted Caramel Almond – 24 soft caramel candies unwrapped – 2 tablespoons heavy cream – 12 ounces dark or milk chocolate roughly chopped – Optional: Sea salt for sprinkling on top



Cover a large baking sheet with parchment. Place 5 Blue Diamond Salted Caramel Almond clusters on the baking sheet and set aside.


Step 1

Melt caramel candies and heavy cream in a double boiler until smooth. Place spoonfuls of caramel on each almond cluster and cool.


Step 2

While caramel cools, melt chopped chocolate in double boiler. Spoon melted chocolate over caramel almond clusters. 


Step 3

The spoon's back can spread chocolate that doesn't drip. Add sea salt if desired. Chill for 30–45 minutes to harden chocolate.
