No-bake peanut butter granola bars are healthier than store-bought and take less than 10 minutes to create. These make a fantastic portable breakfast or snack!

– 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter – 1/2 cup honey – 2 1/4 cups quick oats* – 1 1/2 cups crisp rice cereal – dash of salt – 1/4 tsp. cinnamon (optional) CHOCOLATE DRIZZLE (OPTIONAL): – 3 tbsps. chocolate chip – 1/2 tsp. coconut oil*

Place parchment paper or aluminum foil inside an 8x8-inch baking pan and set it aside.

Microwave peanut butter and honey in 30-second increments in a large bowl until smooth enough to stir.

Add quick oats, salt, and cinnamon and mix thoroughly. Slowly add cereal and stir well.

Using your hands or a pastry roller, level the mixture into the baking sheet that has been prepared.

Freeze for half an hour or refrigerate for an hour. Take out of the refrigerator and slice into ten bars.
