Keto Banana Pancakes Recipe 

Keto banana pancakes are heaven. These fluffy, banana-flavored grain-free pancakes are delicious. Sugar-free chocolate chips make a tasty breakfast treat!

Ingredient

– 6 large egg – ⅓ cup water – 1 ½ teaspoon banana extract – ½ teaspoon vanilla extract – ½ cup plus 2 tablespoon coconut flour – ¼ cup Swerve Brown packed – ¼ cup collagen peptides  – 2 teaspoon baking powder – ¼ teaspoon salt – 6 tablespoon butter melted – ¼ cup dark chocolate chips, sugar-free

Mix eggs, water, banana extract, and vanilla in a large blender. Mix well.

The coconut flour, sweetener, collagen peptides, baking powder, salt, and melted butter should be blended until smooth. Mix chocolate chips by hand.

Heat a large skillet or griddle on medium-low. Apply oil or butter lightly.

Take 3 tablespoons of batter per pancake and make them 3–4 inches wide. Cook for 3 minutes until the top has small bubbles and the bottom is set and golden brown.
