Healthy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Bars Recipe


There is a lot of good stuff in these bars, like peanut butter, oats, and other things. It's a quick and healthy way to snack.


SERVINGS: 12 BARS – 1/2 cup (125 grams) creamy peanut butter – 1/4 cup (50 grams) coconut sugar (or brown sugar) – 1/4 cup honey – 1 large egg , room temperature – 2 tablespoons (30 ml) melted coconut oil – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1 cup (100 grams) old-fashioned rolled oat – 3/4 cup (95 grams) white whole wheat flour – 1/4 teaspoon salt – 1/2 teaspoon baking soda – 1/2 cup (95 grams) chocolate chip



Warm the oven up to 350 degrees. Put foil or parchment paper inside an 8x8-inch baking pan and set it aside.


Step 1

Mix the peanut butter, honey, egg, coconut oil, and vanilla in a large bowl until everything is well mixed.


Step 2

Mix the oats, flour, salt, and baking soda together after adding them. Mix the chocolate chips into the batter after you add them.


Step 3

Spread batter in prepared baking pan. Bake 15–20 minutes at 350 degrees until the top is set and golden brown.After cooling in the pan, cut it into bars.
