Cranberry bliss bars recipe 

Cranberry happiness bars include a white chocolate blondie base and luscious orange cream cheese icing. Similar to Starbucks, but better!

– 2 cups all-purpose flour spooned & leveled (250 grams) – 1 teaspoon baking powder – ½ teaspoon ground ginger – ½ teaspoon salt – ¾ cup unsalted butter melted and slightly cooled (170 grams) – 1 ½ cups packed light brown sugar (300 grams) – 2 large eggs at room temperature – 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract – ¾ cup white chocolate chips (135 grams)


– ¾ cup sweetened dried cranberries (90 grams) – 8 ounces brick-style cream cheese softened – 1 ¼ cups powdered sugar (150 grams) – 1 teaspoon freshly grated orange zest – ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract – ⅓ cup sweetened dried cranberries (40 grams) – ¼ cup white chocolate chips (45 grams)


Blondies recipe: Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Cover a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil, leaving an overhang for removal. Spray nonstick frying spray.


Mix flour, baking powder, ginger, and salt in a large bowl. Save. Add eggs and vanilla to melted butter and brown sugar in a large bowl.


Just combine dry and wet components. Next, carefully combine white chocolate chips and dried cranberries without overmixing. Evenly distribute batter in a 9x13 pan.


till firm and lightly browned, 2–3 hours. Wired cake.A stand mixer with the blade or whisk attachment or a large dish with a handheld mixer blended smooth makes orange cream cheese icing.


Stir in powdered sugar, orange zest, and vanilla essence, scraping bowl. Bar construction and cutting: Frost cooled blondies smoothly. Top with equal cranberries.


In 20–30 second increments, melt and smooth white chocolate chips in a microwave proof bowl. Drizzle or pipe white chocolate on bars. White chocolate solidifies about 15–20 minutes in the fridge.
