Chocolate Chip Greek Yogurt Pancakes Recipe


Greek yogurt adds protein to these chocolate chip pancakes, making them a light and healthy breakfast!


SERVINGS: 16 PANCAKES – 2 cups white whole wheat flour – 2 teaspoons baking powder – 1/2 teaspoon baking soda – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt – 1 cup milk – 2 large egg – 2 tablespoons oil – 3 tablespoons honey – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1/2 cup mini chocolate chip



Spray a large skillet or griddle with non-stick cooking spray and heat on medium.


Step 1

Mix flour, baking powder, soda, and salt in a large bowl.


Step 2

In a separate bowl, mix greek yogurt, milk, eggs, oil, honey, and vanilla.


Step 3

Be careful not to overmix the batter as you add the dry ingredients to the wet. Mix in chocolate chips gently.


Step 4

Use a ¼ cup measuring cup to transfer batter from bowl to skillet or griddle. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes after the top bubbles and edges set.
