Banana Nutella Bread Recipes

Banana Oat Muffins are wonderful for breakfast or afternoon. Moist, tasty, and easy to make vegan.

– 2 cups (240 g) all-purpose flour – 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder – 1 teaspoon baking soda – 1 teaspoon salt – 3 very ripe bananas, mashed – 1/4 cup (60 ml) whole milk, at room temperature

– 1/2 cup (113 g) unsalted butter, at room temperature – 3/4 cup (165 g) packed light brown sugar – 2 large eggs (100 g) – 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract – 1/2 cup Nutella

Do you ever have overripe bananas on your counter?  I either don't buy enough bananas for our family (our son eats a lot).

Sometimes I buy too many, resulting in overripe bananas.  Banana bread solves the excess banana problem, thank heavens.

Beautiful banana bread may be dressed almost any manner.  Many variations are possible with a good banana bread recipe.  Add nuts if you like them.

If you like chocolate chips or coconut, add them.  Avoid overfilling the batter with mix-ins to avoid a thick texture.

I promise this banana Nutella bread is moist!  I hate dry cake, especially with frosting.  Dry cake or fast bread can't be saved without syrup (which changes the flavour).

Put unripe bananas in a paper bag and loosely close. Add an apple to speed up the process. Fork-mash bananas. Mash bananas using a handheld or stand mixer.  Put in bowl.

Mix on low and gradually move to medium-high until bananas are mashed. For faster banana ripening, bake unpeeled bananas on a baking sheet at 250°F/120°C for 15-20 minutes.
